Masahiko Kuwabara has been engaged in the recruiting business since 1996.
Prior to his executive search career, he spent 9years with one of the largest global HR service companies, Recruit and Adecco.
He developed his position as Executive Search consultant starting over 10 years ago.
Starting from 2006, he focused on executive search and his forte industries are on FMCG, IT and Industrial with Jomon Associates (Amrop Group)
He joined Human Associates(recently merged with AIMS) in 2011 to further develop his career as an executive search consultant.
Recently, his focus is on the business development of General Management search in major Japanese domestic companies.
His approach is careful and considered when there is a need for hiring executives.
Education: graduated from Kyoto Institute of Technology.
