AIMS International-Netherlands embarked on its journey in Eindhoven in 2000, brought to life by AIMS Partners with a wealth of experience in the Dutch labor market. Our founders, each with a unique background as managers or executives in finance, logistics & e-commerce, industrial, and IT, laid the foundation for a remarkable venture.

Our tight-knit team of consultants calls the vibrant Brainport region home. We don't just specialize in industries; we live and breathe them. From Life Science & Healthcare to Manufacturing & Industrial Automation, Logistics & eCommerce, and more, our collective expertise reflects a genuine passion for what we do.

In 2007, we landed a massive executive search client that set the stage for an incredible journey. Fast forward 12 years, and our close-knit team has bloomed from a dynamic duo to a spirited crew of almost 15, each bringing their unique skills and personality to the mix. In May 2022, we settled into our offices Ekkersrijt in the Eindhoven Brainport Area, our new home sweet home.

Another jewel in our crown? This year marks two decades of us providing Leadership Development programs with one of the global Big 4 Accountancy firms. It's not just business; it's a relationship we've nurtured, delivering fantastic content and meeting wonderful people along the way. "But it's not just about the work; it's about the connections we forge. We work hand-in-hand with colleagues around the globe, particularly our partners in Germany and Belgium. Our offices in Neuss (GER), Eindhoven (NL), and Turnhout (BE) are like close neighbors, facilitating a special bond that goes beyond professional collaboration.
