Biography
Cristiana has been working in Executive Search and Selection for twenty years. She started out in Fast Moving Consumer Goods focusing on Sales & Marketing positions and then moved on to other functions, such as HR, Finance, Operations & Digital.
 
She has always worked for multinational and Italian-owned companies developing a deep knowledge of the typical challenges that entrepreneurs must face when they need to hire managers.
 
Currently in charge of Business Development, Customer Management and Selection.

Expertise in Retail, Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Beauty, Animal Health, Healthcare and family-run businesses.

CEB (SHL) Certified.

Holds a Degree in Philosophy and has been a Counsellor since 2013

Born and bred in Milan, I really love this city because it is so stimulating, dynamic and international.

I have a great family. There are four of us and two pets: my husband, my twins - a daughter and a son - and two cats.

I love travelling with my family and spending time with them as well as watching movies or sports on TV, biking in the city and sports.

I studied philosophy and psychology because of my interest in observing human relations and behaviour.

I love meeting customers and candidates and listening to their stories, observing them, and being inspired by new ideas which stimulate me to learn and improve.

I have lots of dreams and this is what pushes me to challenge myself, and to put energy and determination into everything I do.
