Elisa is a psychologist with approximately fifteen years of experience in HR, passionate about psychology, coaching, and human resources. She graduated in 2006 and began her career as an HR Consultant before transitioning to the HR departments of multinational companies. There, she managed teams of around thirty people and contributed to HR transformation projects. Driven by her passion for people and organizational development, she decided to pursue a freelance career as both a psychologist and HR consultant. In January 2025, she joined the AIMS Italy team, bringing her expertise in HR management and consultancy.
Her passion for psychology extends beyond her work, as she is currently attending a psychotherapy school with a focus on Transactional Analysis. She strongly believes in lifelong learning and constantly seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge, challenge herself, and grow both as a professional and as a person. This commitment to continuous development allows her to bring fresh perspectives and deeper insights into her work and personal life.
Elisa is passionate about dog training, reading, and cooking—activities that allow her to relax and express her creativity. As a devoted mother to Emma, she embraces the daily challenge of balancing her professional aspirations with her family life. She believes that personal and professional fulfillment can coexist and works every day to create harmony between her career and her role as a mother.
