Gorette Goncalves recently joined the AIMS USA office in Miami, bringing over 20 years of executive search expertise. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Psychology, and a Specialization in Organizational Development. She also earned an HR Certificate from the University of Miami.

She is a seasoned search professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, training and development, and performance management. With a strong track record in executive roles, she has successfully led talent acquisition and human resources teams for renowned pharmaceutical companies such as Grupo Farma and Teva Pharmaceuticals.

In 2007, Gorette founded her own executive search firm, where she played a key role in helping clients achieve business success by attracting and retaining top talent in latam. Her expertise spans multiple functions, including manufacturing, commercial, marketing, and sales, across the LATAM region and the United States. In addition to her corporate experience, Gorette was a postgraduate professor in Organizational Behavior at one of the most prestigious universities in Venezuela, further demonstrating her dedication to education and leadership development.

Fluent in Spanish and English, and basic in Portuguese, Gorette thrives in multicultural environments. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and actively volunteering in community initiatives.
