Kerstin studied HR Management at the Vienna University of Applied Sciences and has gained experience in inhouse HR roles and as an external recruitment consultant in Austria and abroad. Her industry experience in the Automotive as well as Pharmaceutical Industry provides her with a wide range of tools and skills necessary to understand client’s needs and help them unveil their exceptional potential.
I have always loved to travel and dive into new cultures – this curiosity to better understand the world we live in and the people who shape it has been a part of me ever since I started my basic education in the tourism industry. Further wanting to improve myself, I decided to study HR Management to be able to gain deeper insights into the workings of corporations and have now found my passion in combining those two aspects of my professional career: Understanding people and understanding companies, thus working on finding the “perfect match” for both.
