Marcela is an Industrial Engineer with a Masters in Human Resources and an MBA. She has more than 17 years of experience working in multinational companies. She joined AIMS International 10 years ago, and leads all branches of our Colombian teams in order to guarantee successful processes of selection for first and second-line executives in global and local companies. Her areas of expertise are: Executive Search, Talent Retention and Talent Development. Marcela is a member of the Global Life Sciences team and the Board of Directors for AIMS International Colombia.
