Pierangelo Favero has over 30 years of experience across all key areas of the HR value chain.
He began his consulting career in 1988 with Mercuri Urval, specializing in management assessment and executive selection for international clients. In 1992, he became Partner at MIDA SPA, a leading management consulting firm in Milan, focusing on executive search and leadership appraisal for top executives.
Since 1999, Mr. Favero has been the Founding Partner and Managing Director of AIMS International Italy, an executive search firm with offices in Milan, Verona, and Rome, employing a team of 32 professionals. He served as President of AIMS International from 2015 to 2019 and as a member of its Executive Board (2003–2007 and 2013–2019), holding roles such as Finance Manager for the global organization. He is also a member of the EMEA Talent Management Practice.
Mr. Favero advises companies on executive and top management recruitment and assessment, with expertise in the Industrial, FMCG, Retail, and Health Care sectors. He is certified in psychometric and assessment tools from Hogrefe (Germany) and CEB SHL (USA) and holds a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Padova.
Born in the Venice area, I pursued classical studies in high school before focusing on developing my quantitative and analytical skills through a degree in engineering. After graduating, I moved to Milan, embracing the opportunity to work in an international company and thrive in a multicultural business environment.
