Razvan has been the Managing Partner of AIMS Timisoara for 30 years.
His experience consists in organizing and leading the AIMS Timisoara team of consultants, delivering training and coaching programs, especially on the topic of Leadership, organizational culture, management, building and motivating teams.
Razvan believes in a process of permanent re-invention of his organization and in a constructive organizational culture, which is based on exceptional, dedicated consultants and on strong values such as: integrity, compassion, empathy, responsibility.
