Santiago is an accomplished Organizational Communicator with a specialization in the strategic management of human capital and holds a Master of Business Administration. With over 10 years of experience as a headhunter, HR consultant, and coach for high-performance teams, he has worked with both national and multinational companies. Santiago is a certified Executive and Organizational Coach, with additional expertise in the application of playful methodologies to enhance organizational development. He served on the Board of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Ecuador Chapter from 2022 to 2023.

Passionate about driving organizational growth through people and education, Santiago has been a Managing Partner at AIMS International in Ecuador since January 2023. In addition, he is a faculty member in People Management at IDE Business School in Ecuador and collaborates with other prestigious business schools in Peru and Chile, focusing on the training and development of executives and decision-makers.
