I’m Sarah—born in Spain, raised Egyptian, and shaped by a life where diversity, discipline, and purpose walk hand in hand. I grew up in a convent school, where structure, values, and resilience were instilled in me from a young age. As a former professional swimmer, sports became my first school of character, discipline, and passion. It taught me how to push limits and listen closely—skills that I now bring into every conversation I have in executive search.
Since my earliest days, I’ve been drawn to people—their behaviors, patterns, aspirations, and untapped potential. I pursued a degree in Spanish from the Faculty of Arts at Cairo University and launched my career while still a student. From exhibitions to executive meetings, my path was never linear but always rich with experience and growth.
I am a risk taker, courageous enough to embrace new challenges, explore uncharted territories, and take bold steps forward. My passion for executive search stems from something deeper than job placements. It’s about transformation—for both the candidate and the company. I believe in digging beyond the profile, asking the right questions, observing behaviors, and connecting needs to abilities in a way that helps both sides truly thrive.
Having worked in various industries with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, I’ve gained a deep understanding of cultural diversity. This broad exposure has allowed me to navigate different perspectives, enhance my adaptability, and build stronger relationships across the globe. These experiences have enriched my approach to executive search, allowing me to connect talent and opportunities in a way that celebrates and respects uniqueness.
I was fortunate to learn from the gurus of recruitment—mentors and senior professionals that shaped my craft and gave me an edge. Through the years, I’ve never stopped evolving, combining intuition with certified tools and real-world knowledge to bring clarity to complex hiring needs.
I believe that placing people is not just a profession, but a mere life to me. It’s a life-saving pursuit that changes journeys, opens doors, and empowers futures. What gave me a different edge is my ability to lead with empathy, truly listen, and support people in discovering not just a job—but what they genuinely want and need.
And when I say I’ll make it happen, I do—because this is what I was meant to do.
