Tolis has a depth of business experience. He has started up businesses and served as manager and director of commercial disciplines at at multiple incumbent companies, which include Colgate-Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson, Reckitt Benckiser Hellas, Kodak and Diageo. 

Since 2006 Tolis has gradually acquired experience and certifications from ICF (ACC 2006 - PCC 2012) and from reputable Organizations in Systemic / Team Coaching (CRR Global), Design Thinking (Hasso-Plattner Institute), Leadership Coaching (Marshall Goldsmith), Lean Leadership (Lean Management Institute Germany, Business Model design (Strategyzer) and Strategic Foresight (EDHEC FIT Chair).

He designs and facilitates customized Strategic Alignment Retreats & Business Model (trans)-formation Journeys and offers Leadership Coaching to Team Leaders of each level and hierarchy.
