Starting his career at Randstad in Eindhoven, Tom focused on connecting people with meaningful job opportunities and became known as a trusted advisor. He developed innovative and technology driven solutions to help global organizations engage with local talent (supply chains). Next to that, his extensive international experience has given him a deep understanding of diverse cultures, which has been vital in building strong connections with teams and individuals worldwide.
