Valer is a highly experienced Human Resources professional with a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and over 22 years experience in the field, including more than 18 years in senior management roles within international manufacturing companies. He has a proven track record of establishing and managing HR processes in both startup environments and large, established industrial organizations. His expertise includes a comprehensive understanding of organizational processes within multicultural industrial settings.

In November 2024, Valer joined AIMS International as a Partner for the Czech and Slovak Republics. Leveraging his extensive HR and industrial network, he is well-equipped to contribute to AIMS’ mission to “empowering organizations through exceptional leadership solutions”.
