Claire's professional journey began in the Training & Development Department at EFG Eurobank. In 2009, she joined AIMS International Hellas as a Junior Consultant, and by 2011, she advanced to the role of Executive Search Consultant. Her expertise and contributions led to her promotion to Senior Executive Search Consultant in 2016.
Throughout her tenure at AIMS International, Claire has successfully managed projects across a range of industries, including FMCG & Luxury Goods, IT & Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Professional Services and Hospitality.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Leeds University Business School in the UK.
