Prior to working in this industry, David has been working for more than 20 years as a sales and marketing expert at a very well-known global companies such as Swatch Group Korea as a Swatch Brand General Manager, LVMH Perfume & Cosmetics as a Christian Dior Cosmetic Director, Baskin Robbins Australia as a Sales & Marketing Director, and earning various excellent experiences as well as achieving excellent performance.

David joined AIMS International Korea in January 2015 with the past 3 years as Senior Consultant in one of the famous 1st generation executive local search firm in Korea.

He is now Managing Partner of AIMS International Korea and handled various project C Level / Senior / Middle level

He has proven experience in Search & Selection, Client Development and David’s strength lays in his capability in intercultural adaption and a quick grasp of the needs of his clients and bring a various position success history.

David has worked for a local & international client in diverse industries like Luxury, Retail, FMCG, Fashion, Life Science industries.
