AIMS International recently held its EMEA meeting in the vibrant city of Bucharest, Romania. The event, which took place from March 30 to April 1, 2023, brought together over 50 of the company's top consultants from Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions, both in person and virtually.
During the meeting,
Titti Hammarling, EVP EMEA, highlighted that the most important aspect of coming together in a meeting like this is to:
- Have our customers’ needs as a starting point for what we do.
- Create close alignment on our strategy.
- Nurture our culture and way of working.
To achieve these goals, there were inspiring guest speakers and sharing of best practices. One of the highlights of the meeting was a brilliant session by
Clare Mahon, MD Europe & Africa from the Association of Executive Search Consultants AESC.
Dr. Yanos Michoupoulos our Senior Advisor Board Services also conducted a fascinating interactive session on ESG which was an eye-opener for everyone.
The meeting covered a wide range of topics, such as AIMS International's acceptance into the UN Global Compact, client-centered dialogues on ESG, corporate governance, and more. In addition, the event gave the Partners an opportunity to meet and get to know our new partners from AIMS Norway and AIMS Ukraine in person.
Aside from the intensive business meetings, the AIMS International Partners and Consultants enjoyed the opportunity to catch up with old acquaintances and engage in social activities at some of Bucharest's most intriguing venues, such as KANE and Hanu' lui Manuc.
Overall, the event was a huge success. It gave AIMS International a chance to work together better across borders, share knowledge, and set the stage for reaching its strategic goals in the years to come.
