AIMS International Fuels Growth and Development at 2024 EMEA Meeting in Riga

AIMS International successfully concluded its EMEA regional meeting in Riga, Latvia, from October 2nd to 5th, 2024. Themed "Best Hacks for Growth & Development," the meeting brought together partners and consultants from across the EMEA region to collaborate, share best practices and “hacks”, and align on key strategies for future success.

Highlights of the four-day event included:

• Strategic Leadership Discussions: The EMEA Board, led by President Dimitris Kleftakis and EVP EMEA Titti Hammarling, guided in-depth discussions on regional strategy, business development, and operational priorities. Managing Partner meetings focused on current progress, future opportunities, and collaborative initiatives.

• Targeted Workshops: Interactive workshops provided a platform for partners to explore critical areas for growth, including business model innovation, rebranding strategies, sustainability practices, and service delivery enhancements.Partners shared proven techniques and innovative approaches for business development. Special attention was given to developing systematic approaches for identifying growth opportunities in emerging sectors and optimizing cross-border collaboration among AIMS offices.

• Welcoming New Partner: The meeting celebrated the addition of Priscilla Motte, who leads the newly established AIMS France based in Paris. With over 20 years of experience in senior-level executive search, Priscilla brings valuable expertise in life sciences, technology, consumer, industrial, and automotive sectors. Her joining strengthens AIMS International's presence in the French market and enhances its capability to deliver comprehensive leadership solutions across Europe.

• Engaging Client Event: A central highlight was the client event, "The Fostering of Trust between Owners and Managers: Sustainable and Responsible Growth of the Business." Esteemed speakers Greg Mathers (business health expert), Jānis Ošlejs (CEO, Primekss Group), Jānis Vība (CEO, Virši), and Professor Alfredo de Massis (expert in entrepreneurship and family business) shared valuable insights and perspectives.

• Latvian Cultural Entertainment: The Client Event evening culminated in a mesmerizing performance by Tautumeitas, a celebrated Latvian vocal ensemble known for blending traditional Baltic folklore with contemporary elements. The six-woman group performed ancient Latvian folk songs (dainas) with their signature polyphonic harmonies, wearing traditional costumes and offering international guests a vibrant taste of Latvia's rich musical heritage. Their innovative yet authentic performance perfectly complemented the evening's focus on bridging tradition with modern business practices.

• Building Global Connections: Throughout the event, partners strengthened relationships during intimate gatherings, including a welcome dinner and a celebratory closing feast. These shared moments went beyond typical business interactions, creating genuine bonds and deepening the sense of community within the AIMS International global family.
