Maria is Head of Talent Management & Leadership Development in Greece. Maria held an 18 years’ experience in finance & capital markets, debt management, holding a Deputy Treasurer position in the Greek telecom incumbent OTE Group for 11 years. Maria joined AIMS International Hellas in 2018 as an Executive Search Senior Consultant and part of the Talent Management practice, following a conscious career shift towards the HR sector. She has extensive experience in Executive Search and Talent Management, co-leading Assessment, Development Programs, Culture projects, Leadership Development programs and Board Assessment projects. Her executive training experience focuses on Organizational Behaviours, and she is passionate about promoting continuous learning for personal and professional excellence. 

She holds a BA in Economics and a MSc in Business & Financial Economics from the University of Essex. She is a certified SHL Personality & Ability Assessor and a certified HOGAN Assessor. She is a Certified Professional Coach  (ACC) with more than 400 coaching hours, credentialed by the International Coaching Federation and member of the European Mentoring  and Coaching Council (EMCC).
