To keep you up to date, here’s a recap of AIMS International’s news and thought leadership from the second quarter of this year. We also interviewed the new Managing Partner in Ukraine, Alexei Onischuk, about the work – and everyday life – of the local AIMS team and how to stay mentally fit in a country at war.
Another new Managing Partner, Chanchal Lahiri, sang the praises of Malaysia, to which he moved from Singapore to establish new offices.
And, right on the cusp of the third quarter, we managed to sneak in the announcement of our new executive board and president, voted in at our June AGM in a scorching Madrid.
Thinking and doing green
Celebrating World Environment Day, Ashleigh Ball at AIMS International South Africa not only explained why Green HR is right for your team but how you might go about achieving it.
And we closed our three-part series on sustainability in procurement by reconnecting with Rohit Sathe. Rohit sketched the five areas he prioritises in pursuing environmental sustainability at Sunrise Medical.

Sharing our expertise
In a think piece, Mikko Taipale, a certified professional coach at AIMS International Sweden, described why continuous performance management dovetails so well with leadership coaching and why it’s more essential than ever in a remote work environment.
Finally, we made a great case for why this “global boutique” is so well positioned to help businesses going global to gain benefit from local talent faster.
