With more than 20 years of experience in multinational environments, Cristina has led multidisciplinary teams and held senior management positions in departments such as finance, logistics and human resources.
She is specialized in training and coaching focused on neuro-leadership, emotional intelligence, and the development of key competencies for high-performance teams.
Along her career, Cristina has designed and implemented customized training and coaching programs, including mindfulness-based strategies to improve stress management, effective communication and resilience in VUCA environments; and now she’s Talent Management Director in AIMS International Spain.
Her holistic approach helps organizations create productive synergies, reduce conflict, and improve overall well-being, resulting in greater productivity and business effectiveness.
Cristina is a native speaker of Spanish, French and Portuguese; and fluent in English.
I have always been interested in people and in understanding the language of how we function and relate to others.
When I was 8 years old, I used to stand in silence, observing how a person expressed themselves, what emotions their corporeality tried to hide, and what strategies they used to influence their environment.
This curiosity for the person led me to read and research on non-verbal communication, people profiles and self-knowledge tools at the age of 18.
Although I decided to become a professional in Finance due to the socio-economic situation of the country, I always kept that view of people. Life led me to manage multicultural teams in multinational environments, which allowed me to continue to deepen my understanding of the inner workings of people at a business level.
In 2011-2012 I decided to become certified as an Executive and Corporate Coach, to help organizations provide their employees with tools that make their professional lives easier. The company should be a place that allows you to grow, develop and contribute your best version of yourself.
Since then, and in this eagerness to build a better world, where efficiency and results are generated in a simple and easy way, I carry out a 360º and very personalized strategic analysis (people, processes and technology).
Anecdotally, I am co-author of the book Leadership: a fresh and updated look, which includes a chapter on the multi diversity of profiles and some tools to get to know them better (publishing house: Francisco de Vitoria University).
