Miruna has a background in communication and journalism, and she initially thought that she will set out to explore the world of media; however, she was lucky enough to start in human resources – in 2005 she began her career in AIMS Timisoara. For four years, she gained experience in executive search and HR consulting, learning the nuances of recruitment, talent management and employee development.
After leaving AIMS, she took on several diverse roles – each one shaping new skills. She was a team leader, guiding a cross-functional team in media monitoring and analysis. She was an HR Business Partner, overseeing multiple HR functions – training, recruitment, employee relations, and operational improvement. During this time, she learned the ins and outs of large-scale HR management, working closely with both employees and leadership to create a productive and harmonious work environment.
After achieving expertise from these roles, she rejoined AIMS in 2018, bringing everything she had learned along the way to a place where she could truly make a difference. Now she is involved in:

For Miruna, delivering training programs is not just part of her job - it’s more like a passion, a way she connects with people, gets inspired by them and helps them unlock their potential. Whether she’s teaching others how to give feedback or how to manage time more efficiently, Miruna brings a unique blend of enthusiasm and expertise.
‘’My professional journey has really been one of growth, exploration, and, in a way, coming to a full circle. I started my career in AIMS Timisoara, and that’s where I laid the foundation for everything I do now in training, talent acquisition and HR consulting. It was an exciting time – learning the ins and outs of recruitment, figuring out how to really manage talent, and getting a deep understanding of employee development.
Eventually, I decided to explore other opportunities to expand my skill set, but AIMS always stayed with me. It was where my journey started, and now, after gaining experience in different roles, I’ve come back to where it all began – this time with a much broader perspective and new knowledge to use.
Rejoining AIMS wasn’t just about returning to a familiar place – it was really the culmination of everything I had learned along the way.
One thing that’s always been close to my heart is delivering training programs. I think my love for training started early in my career, when I first started in AIMS and was inspired by the incredible trainers I worked with. Their ability to turn complex ideas into engaging, accessible lessons was impressive.
Now, as a trainer, I hope that my sessions aren’t just about slides and theory. I try to infuse them with energy, real-world examples, and plenty of interaction. I want people to leave not just with new knowledge, but with real, practical tools they could use immediately.
Outside of work I usually spend time with my family and friends – whether it’s a big Sunday dinner, movie night, or just hanging out together. I believe in staying connected and value the bond I have with loved ones. I'm also a huge animal lover. Over the years, I've had both dogs and cats, and they've been such an integral part of my life. Caring for them has taught me so much about patience and empathy, and it's something I truly treasure. For me, family time and my love for animals are what bring the most joy and balance to my life.’’
