Qistina joined AIMS International Malaysia in April 2023, supporting Managing Partners and Partners in executing search mandates for corporate clients in Malaysia. Her role mostly focuses on arranging meetings, liaising with global offices, greeting visitors, answering calls, and preparing presentations. She works extensively in the search and recruitment process in Malaysia and is proactive in following up with both clients and candidates.

She holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
