Stephan Th. Greif has been working as an experienced trainer and consultant in the areas of leadership, change management and team development since 2015. He has a broad academic background, including a master's degree in business psychology with a focus on work and organizational psychology and a diploma in economics and organizational sciences. He brings this combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience to personnel development. He began his professional career in the German Armed Forces, where he worked as an officer and manager.

In addition to his officer training, Stephan Th. Greif has acquired numerous qualifications, including as an experienced management trainer and consultant in personnel diagnostic procedures. His extensive management experience ranges from HR management in international corporate structures to managing personnel development departments in medium-sized industrial companies.

In the course of his HR activities, Stephan Th. Greif has also gained extensive experience in personnel selection. He has accompanied and developed numerous selection processes himself, including filling top management positions in companies and organizations in various countries. His focus was on ensuring that the right candidates were selected and promoted for strategically important positions in order to support the long-term success of the respective organization.

As a manager and trainer, he designs and leads activity-oriented training courses aimed at developing leadership skills and team development - including outdoor programs. In addition, he passes on his specialist knowledge as a lecturer, including at the TH Rosenheim, as a guest lecturer at various universities and in adult education.

His particular strengths lie in his sound leadership experience under pressure, his intercultural competence and the ability to respond to the individual needs of his clients. With a clear focus on transfer success and the sustainability of his measures, he pursues a pragmatic approach that is shaped by his many years of experience in personnel development and project management.
